before i get flamed, i did do a search and while thorough, i didn't see any recommendations for just stereos (no nav, DVD, etc).
it seems that it's hard to find a head unit replacement that doesn't need a center console replacement or mod. the name escapes me but i don't really want to purchase the replacement console from the online dealer that would fit a din unit w/ nav. i have a garmin so just looking for a good stereo replacement that would improve the stock speakers and allow me to keep most of the stock features.
have '11 SR5.
