Headlight adjustment after Sonoran Steel 1.2 lift

Back in June I had my S.S.1.2 lift installed and now it seems my low beam headlights are shining very low due to the raked stance. How difficult is it to adjust the lights back to normal?

not very hard just take a nice long phillips and turn the white adjuster wheels or use a 10mm

I just use a 10mm socket to turn mine, but I'm not sure how high they are suppose to be. I think there about 36-38" from the ground, is that too high? My truck is lifted btw.
