Headlight adjustment?

I have HIR bulbs to put in, hopefully tonight. My headlights seem to be adjusted too high, that won't do with these bulbs. I see one adjuster screw on the back of each headlight, I expect to see two adjusters. Is that one adjuster the vertical (up-down) adjust?

Thanks chaz, exactly what I needed. Hopefully I'll have time to get the bulbs modified, installed, and adjustments made, soon.
