headlights

how can i raise the angle of the headlights on a 99 4R? I cant figure it out for the life of me without taking apart the whole front.

also it looks like I have fog lights however they do not come on at all... is this normal and if not what do i need to do to get them to work?

Look down with the hood open behind the headlights and there should be adjustments for side to side and up and down. And your going to need to post more info on the foglights than they don't work and how to fix them. Check fuses etc.

well its a stock 99 limited. From the looks of the front bumper they are fog lights however they do not go on with the headlights. is this normal?

You probably know this already but in case you don't there is a separate switch for the fogs on the lever for the headlights that you have to turn on.. I had the same question untill I figured there was a separate switch.

haha actually i did not know of such a switch. time to go look for that.

well i see the switch. thanks for telling me about that. however my right one if burnt out. figures. now i gotta find a replacement bulb for that.
