I don't think that they will. The shape of the lenses and housings of the lights appear just different enough to make it not fit. The hood is shaped a bit differently as well regarding the grille and headlights.

I think you are bent over the barrel and will have to buy new housings. A good set will cost you a fair bit of money too, unfortunately.

Then again, you could always buy a 2009 4Runner.

this has been discussed a few times....i would try searching for the topic...but a quick answer is yes but will have a gap
