Heat in my 92 4runner not working properly

Hey guys Im new to the site, I recently picked up a 92 4runner, I use to be a GMC/CHEVY fan but have switched over the the Toyota side. I love this truck so far but i'm having one problem with it. The heat does not work until I drive the truck for about 5 minutes, I usually start it in the morning and leave it running for about 30 minutes but no heat until I drive. I recently changed the thermostat, could it be that it wasnt bled properly? Any solutions/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thanks

I'm assuming the engine attains operating temp while it's idling for 30 min, then at higher driving RPMs coolant begins to flow thru the heater core and you get heat.

My guess would be an air pocket or a water pump going bad.
Try bleeding the system first, parking with the front end uphill.
