Heat Issue

Hi all. So I was driving around town today, no problems. Get to my destination, park and shut down, and about 3 - 3.5 hours later get in my truck and head home. The ride home is about 3 miles away, however I usually have heat 2-3 minutes in. Today however, nothing! Coolant level was fine in the reservoir-and scanguage reads 185F. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!!!!!

Probably one of the blend doors behind the dash isn't working.
