Heater Hose Help Needed

Hi all, I have a 2000 LTD with rear heat. Some years ago, I added a heat exchanger and modified the heater hose routing to accommodate that. I’m having quite a time removing the exchanger and returning the hoses to a stock layout. Would someone be able to post some pics of their hose layout from a 3rd gen with rear heat please? Thanks
