Ok I've searched and searched...nada. My 02 TR4 SR5's temp control does not move my cable to the water valve. It turns freely, but nothing under dash moves. Can see where cable runs through firewall and connects to metal gadget under dash. I've also unhooked cable at valve and changed setting with little or no change in the warmth of the air. Just blows cold or cool air on all settings. I assume something isn't engaging between temp knob and metal gadget under dash....HELP PLEASE!!!
