Hella H3 Yellowstar Bulbs

So FINALLY I got my fog lights to work again and I bought a pair of hella yellowstar H3 bulbs. By the website it described them as emitting a yellow color like an "all weather" bulb you find on some european or japanese cars. I found these bulbs to produce a barely noticeable difference over the standard bulb in output or yellow color. My question is are they bulbs supposed to emit a intense yellow color or not, also anyone know where to get intensely yellow H3 Bulbs.

I have these from Amazon.com

The only thing I hate about em is when it rains sometimes, i have to watch it cuz they may blow.

They are like $7 a piece. Nobody else carries them.
Dont know why.

Why do you have to worry about them blowing? If properly installed there should be no issues with bulbs.

It never fails. If i get caught in the rain and they are on, 1 of the 2 are gonna blow. There is no wrong way to install them. The covers are on tite and everything. I think it is just the moisture. My dad's Sequoia does the SAME thing. No cracks or open spots on there either. His uses the BIG 9006 bulbs.
