Hello All! New to the board, new Limited 2012 Owner

Hey all,

Been following this board for a while now, thanks to all of your info, wife & I purchased a 2012 Limited, Magnetic Grey - 1st time 4Runner owners...absolutely lovin' it!



We won't be doing too much off-roading, but are enthusiasts nontheless. Look forward to sharing any mods / upgrades / ideas with all of you. Matter of fact, just came back from the a local tire shop, purchased some Nitto Crossteks for the Limited rims...mounting tomorrow! Off with the pizza cutters! (those were actually just fine, love the look of the Nittos!)

FYI - will be posting by stock Duelers in the for sale section if anyone is interested.

Hello and welcome. From personal experience, you might have better luck selling your tires on Craig's list (at least I did). Mine were off a TE and not a Limited, however.

Welcome! These are such tremendous vehicles. You can easily make it your own. Beefier tires on the stock wheels are a nice way to sorta (yeah sorta) reduce the effect of the annoying 20" wheels they opted for OE on the LE rigs. Hey, maybe 50-Cent is getting a royalty (if you don't get that reference, never mind).

Better yet, buy some 18's on there and keep the tire size conservative...and you'll be set. But just my .02.

Nice '12 LE!! I just did the same thing; bought a new limited, and upgraded on tires (275/55/R20), getting great performance, but now I need to sell the O.E. Yokohama Geolander, 245/60/R20's.

There are some great discussions here on these forums, on about every subject that pertains to 4Runners, as well as the folks who posted them. Good luck with your forum surfing!
