I live right by the Fox Valley Mall, where 59 meets Ogden, and I just picked up my 99 4runner last weekend! Want to get together for a drive? I hear we're supposed to get snow this weekend...

The only legal place is down in Marsailles - Cliffs Insane Terrain. I have a little place by me that we are allowed to wheel at but it isn't really much.

There are some unplowed parking lots around the mall that are still maybe 6" deep... but really, shouldn't there at least be some park trails close by? Something?

Well I think the parking lot is where its at for me. Cliffs insane looks too crazy for me until i get some stuff done.

Picked it up tonight whoo im excited. She runs very well. Ice storm was just starting and it was on.

haha I know I'm lame.

Cliffs is as hard as you want to make it, you could prolly get around trail#1 in a subaru. And you can hang out on the bluffs and get your feet wet. I first went there completely stock in my '01, and keep going back years later.:roadkill:

Congrats! I hope you're having fun getting to know your new ride. Can you post some pics? I'm about to head out to see what the roads are like in the ice... (more accurately, to see what the runner is like on the ice...)
