Hey guys new to the forum here but not to 4runner. Just wanted to introduce my self. I've been browsing for a while now. I have a 2007 black on grey sr5 4×2. I've had the car for 2 years now. My wife used to drive it and now she has her car so I get one of my baby's back. I have ordered last night daystar kit and spidertrax all the way around. I want to install 265 or 275 but haven't decided yet. It's my dd so no offroading here, but I plan on hitting some trails once I find some here in Georgia where my two wheel drive won't get stuck. Thanks guys.

Welcome to the forum and you will get all the info you need here, please post some pictures and also don't get stuck in the Georgia red clay.

Welcome to the forum! Glad to see another 2wd guy in the southeast trying to hit a few trails.

Be sure and check out the suspension FAQ sticky before you pull the trigger on those tires.

Welcome! Head up to Dalton for the Rock Creek and Tatum Lead trails. they're not too difficult and have great views!

Thanks guys! Will post pics tonight of it stock. Lift and spacers getting installed next week. I'm definitely not gonna go with 285s coz it's my daily and my commute is 60+ miles a day.

Well daystar lift and spacers are here so this weekend I'll do the install. Can't post no pictures yet. I don't have enough posts I guess

Welcome aboard.

You have enough post, just when you do the posting, and it pops up, look below the box and it will say GO ADVANCE. Click on it and another box will appear with additional options. Hit the attachment section ( paper clip ) symbol.

Been browsing even before buying my 4Runner. Which i bought about 4 wks ago. Just installed the daystars on front only while replacing my struts this past weekend. From other forums that i have been on. So far this is the best. A lot of help and not A lot of arrogance! Also a 2wd 2004...

Yea I'm a bimmer guy and guys on here look like more friendly that bmw guys.

Welcome to the forum! Let's see those pics as soon as you have the lift installed.

I know what you mean about the bimmer guys. I've been a member of bimmerforums since 2002 and some of the chaps over there aren't too friendly to anyone they consider an "outsider". I've owned 3 BMW M3's (2 E36's and 1 E46) over the past 15 years and I spent a lot of time on those boards. I actually bought and sold all 3 of my cars (and a ton of parts) on those same boards.

The bimmers are sweet and definitely have a place in any line-up, but they're not nearly as fun when the pavement turns to mud!
