Proud owner of a 2011 4R sr5 black which was a birthday gift to myself back in december of 2010. Finally getting her broken in at 33k on the clock. Bought my first accessory today in a gobi stealth and ladder! I can hear the sound of my bank account draining already! Looking to do a capable overland build, so all suggestions welcome!

Alignment Chassis Specialist in Powell, OH is an independent mechanic that I completely trust when I don't do it own my own. He's an enthusiast that understands modding, can do gear setups and other more technical work. His standard rate is $125 per hour so he is pricey but it's work you can be confident in. The other is a lead tech at Germaine Toyota that I know who does work on the side. I'll PM you his contact info.
