Hello from Maryland/DC area!

Hello all,

I'm new to forums and new with Toyota. I just got a 2007 4runner Sport edition. Any advise, tips would be great. Also, any 4runner outing in my area? If not, does anyone want start one?

Welcome to T4R Forums! I haven't been able to socialize with 4R owners here in VA so I wouldn't know if there is already a group of T4R owners chilling at a local spot or not. I live in Virginia Beach so we are somewhat far away from each other! About 4 hrs. Nonetheless, your 4R is a '07 which falls under "4th generation" section so if you have any questions about the 4R in general or you're having problems, your best bet would be creating a thread in that particular section! I see you are a fan of Golf. If you ever take a trip down to Virginia Beach for a short vacation or anything like that, give me a shout! We can go to the golf club and play a round of golf & chat about our 4R's!

Thank you! I was just wondering what generation my 4r is, now I know....Funny thing, I was born in Norfolk. I'd love to play golf in VA beach... I'll keep you in mind. Let me know if you come up to the DC area.

I try to avoid traveling to DC other than heading to skins games. Do you attend skins games? If so, we should try start a skins club for T4R owners only where we can take over an area in the lots with our 4R's on game day! There are some solid golf courses here in VB, but nothing world class. I like to throw a wager in there too

Welcome to the board! My advice is to start modding. Start by getting rid of the Dunlops and putting on a good set of shoes. As for meets, I am from NJ but would love to have a NE meet. It is just a drive down i95 for me

Count me in sometime....just as soon as I get a T4R! I'm in Reston, VA....looked at 3 t4r's (3rd gen) today, but nothin seemed too good.
