To each his/her own, but I have to think you are going to lose a pretty penny by reselling the truck after having it all of 3 weeks. Maybe not so much in price, but in taxes, fees, etc. I just don't see how it would be worth it.

Work at a dealership.

LOL...well there you go! If I worked at a dealership, I don't think I would even own a vehicle! I would simply take a new truck out each month on an "extended test drive" to make sure I knew the products we were selling inside & out!
