Just wanted to say hello to all. This is a great forum and I have picked up tons of valuable info so far. I just bought my first T4R...a 2002 SR5 in Dorado Gold (see pics below) Mint condition, 67k miles...I'm lovin' it! I've wanted one for close to 10+ years and finally made the plunge!

Also, looking to buy a cargo cover for my 2002 in Oak...if anyone has one around they are willing to part with, let me know. Saw a few threads saying the dealer wants $500+ which is a crime to charge for a glorified roll up shade.

Anyway...glad to be part of the community.

Sounds like you got a nice 4runner. Is the piece around the license plate chrome on yours? If it is that is the second one that I've seen like that.

Thanks...I'm psyched! I bought from a Toyota delar and they are getting me a copy of the original dealer's manifest for the car. I think it is OE. It was offered on the "Chrome Package" but I definitely don't have that package.

I thought all the '02 SR5's had that chrome around the plate, mine's got it.

Mine's chrome too, which is annoying, since that is the last of the chrome trim I have.

I believe there were a couple of cargo covers on the classifieds here. If not, try eBay.
