HELP! 15a FUSE

00 4runner 4x4 3.4L


I'm new to this forum, I have a issue with the 15a fuse which is the rear window defogger...it keeps blowing out everytime i put in a new one in, only when i activate the defogger. Any ideas? I know i have a short somewhere just needing ideas from others. Thanks.

Check the connecter at the rear, if you keep trying to use it you may blow the back window out.

^^^Wow! thats crazy... I'm tempted to go without the rear defogger....i'll check the connectors this weekend. I assume its behind the tailgate panel?
