HELP!!! 2001 limited whats a good price?

I'm looking at a silver 2001 limited with 170,000 miles on it. It's a one owner, had the timing belt replaced at 105,000 and the radiator started leaking tranny fluid where one of the lines bolts on 3 years ago so it was replaced. Thankfully it didn't involve antifreeze. the body and frame are rust free. The interior looks very good except for cracks in the leather on both front seats. It runs smooth and drives like a new one.
What would be a good price to pay for it?

When my parents bought my 2000 limited with 174,xxx last year they paid something like $6 or $6,500, and I'm in VA so that should give you a pretty good idea. I'd say some where around $6,500-7,250.

I'd try to buy it for $6,000 but $6,500 still wouldn't be a bad deal for you.

I'd want a few more maintenance records then that, receipts for the leaking tranny fluid as well.

Lowball him at 5000 or 5500.
