Help: 2007 JBL Synthesis (P1803) + OEM XM

I'm trying to get XM on the radio but there is no Sat number coming up on the screen when I push AM/SAT. XM/Sirius needs that number to setup the subscription. They also couldn't do it by VIN. Instead the AM/SAT screen is flashing Antenna. The OEM antenna and receiver are installed and I checked that the cables were plugged in. Does flashing Antenna mean that the radio thinks the antenna is disconnected? Maybe someone with this radio and OEM XM can help me. Thanks

I'm having a problem with my SAT button on my factory JBL stereo, but with mine, I can't get SAT to come on, much less any kind of error.

I have a feeling it's not an XM problem but a radio or system related problem. Thanks for the tip. I'm hoping someone on here has a setup like mine that is working.

I found that flashing "Antenna" means that the antenna is disconnected, but I have verified it is connected. I suppose the next thing to do is trace the entire length of cable to determine if the antenna cable is bad. I doubt Toyota sells just the antenna cable.
