Have you ever replace the fuel filter?

Also, check all your ground wires. Especially the one off the battery. They should be clean, secure with no movement and no corrosion.

Man, I removed the old one last night after soaking the bolts for three days. It came off pretty good. Putting the new one on I cross threaded the one side and ended up having to put the old one back on! Will check on the grounding...

Exact same thing! No power and then once it hits 3000 rpm she goes pretty good.
