help, 5gen rear issues

I've been running a 3/2 spacer lift for the last year with no issues, took the truck in to have new wheels/snows installed and something is way off. Pulls to the right, driver side rear sits 1/2" low, and the passenger rear tire is out almost 3/4" from the wheel arch but driver side is flush.
Any suggestions on what to check would be appreciated, Only thing I can think of is a spring binding on something(longshot).
It was lifted on floor jacks, and seems to ride fine.

Did they position those floor jacks under the front/rear diffs, or maybe under some suspension component that got bent under the weight of the vehicle? Happens often.
