HELP - 60A Fuse Stuck

Some of those bigger fuses or screwed in from the back seat got to pull the panelI am trying to replace the 60A Heater Fuse but I can't get the old copper blades out. Does anyone know how to get these things out?

I believe that's bolted internally, need to tear down the fuse block to unbolt it.

Long story short. I've been trying to fix my AC/Heater blower fan so I was testing all the fuses. As I was checking the 60A Heater Fuse, I broke the plastic casing and thought I could just swap it. I was wrong. Like Blackworks and ExCab said I need to get inside the fuse box.
**Disclaimer - I am not a mechanic and you can really jack up your vehicle if break, cut or mess up the electric components in the fuse box.
I followed the instructions from the previous post. You need to remove the battery, a couple of bolts, loosen some clamps that hold down the cables, then press the 4 tabs and lift from the fuse box. It's real tight, so be very careful. It took some time but I got it out. You will also need to cut the zip ties under the box. But how do I get the inside to the second bolt.
It turns out the block breaks down to 2 fuse blocks. If you press the 2 tabs they slide apart. Again be careful it takes time and a lot of wiggling.
Finally, the 8mm bolt is exposed. I was able to remove it and swap out the fuse. Another reminder take your time putting the bolt back in. I almost dropped it and that would have sucked.
Slide the fuse blocks back together and make sure you get everything properly aligned so it stays sealed.

Yes it was. On a positive note, I fixed by AC issue. After troubleshooting the blower motor, controller, AC amp, fuses, and wiring. It was the blower controller/resistor. After installing a Beck/Arnley parts two times, my cousin recommended I use a Toyota part and he was right. The fan blows air and it adjust correctly with the temp control.
His advice, only use OEM parts for electrical.
I want to say it's a dealer only part. I purchased several parts from Camelback Toyota at the time. https://parts.camelbacktoyota.com/

No problem. The fuse assembly is plastic and there are a lot of wires, so take your time. And don't forget to remove your battery.
