My fault. Ever since Fightman purchased the Taco, he doesn't come around as much anymore. I can be rather nostalgic at times.....

It's not the Taco man... life just got really busy. I've since bought a fixerupper for a house, started a new career with the railway, ended that career, started a new job working for my municipality, started up an instagram page, a Youtube channel, both dedicated to life and fitness while living with bowel disease.

It's been a long, hard, 5 years.... but we're finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. lol!

If you want to keep up with my daily stuff... search for me on Instagram and Youtube... my handle there is "Stomathelete"!

Here's a link to one of my most recent 4Runner vids...

I was diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis at 13. I have a Jpouch now. My friends in high school (when I had my surgeries) called me Bagboy!

My Xbox gtag was Newbbagboy11. Stomathlete is a pretty nice new too!

IBDs and Toyota 4Runners!

I was diagnosed when I was 25... it all started the day of my wedding, and went full blown during our honeymoon.

I've had 2 j-pouches, complications from both, and now have a permanent ostomy bag. I feel better today than I have in years... glad I made the change. Finally decided to do it, after 7 major bowel surgeries, and 2 pelvic abscesses.

It's survivable, and I believe we can live a full active life, even with our challenges. I now weight train, practice kickboxing, and do everything I used to do. I'm nowhere out of the woods for future surgeries, as I still have a small open wound from my last surgery over 2 years ago now... but for now, it's manageable.

Glad you are doing well man... I never had good luck with the J-pouch... but I know of alot of folks who function just fine with them! :)
