Help acquiring an ARB for Fonerunner in MD??

Hey guys, so heres the deal,

last week JohnsD90 found this ad on Craigslist

TACOMA ARB BUMPER
Having such a great memory, he knows my Wifes whole family lives out there,

I was able to give my sister in law a call and she agreed to pick up the bumper for us,

I called the guy and asked him if we could paypal him the money that day (tues) and pickup on Friday or if bringing cash on Friday would be cool, he said he only wanted cash, but he said he would hold the bumper and have my sister in law call him on Friday to meet with him at 3pm.

Well since 3pm, Me, Fonerunner and my sis in law have been trying to get him to call back so we can pick this thing up since yesterday with no luck

He lives in the Eldersberg area,

can someone in the Maryland/PA/surrounding area call him and leave a message acting like a 1st time caller, to see if its still available?
