Help Diagnose Leak (photos)

It looks like it's coming from where the shaft is connecting to the transfer case. Can anyone tell me if there's a gasket or something in there? Ideas?

there is a seal.

pretty easy to change. remove the driveline, then the yoke. the seal is right there. pry it out with a screwdriver or pry bar, and install the new one.
