help finding bl and 5100/fj coil install write ups

Can someone help me find the toytec 1 inch body lift install write up and a write up for installing fj coils and bilstein 5100s

Thanks guys, well I'm having someone do the installs if the body lift and moog coils and bilstein 5100s for me, so I wanted to print them some good write UPS.
