Help for a newbie? Plugs or ox sensor?

I am sorry if I am not on the right board, brand new here and desperate for help. Was able to have codes read after chk engine light on. - PO306, PO103 & po133. I have really tried to figure this out enough so I don't get ripped off as a dummy knowing nada - So my question for 97 4 runner - is there any way I can tell myself (without tools, because I have none) if my problem is an old s plug or oxygen sensor? I have my fingers crossed it is something that will not cost tons and have all my lucky charms out! Thanks for helping out a total clueless wonder but wanting to learn. Much appreciated. I am going on a live drive next week...yikes
P,S, to further admit my lack of knowledge - last year (as many suv owners I understand) I had my cat converter stolen and repaired - car was fine after repair (although I admit when it was off it sounded like a big o' bad truck - five mins of fun for an old lady here) I wonder if that could have anything to do with it?

P0133 is the front o2 sensor, I would replace with oem denso unit.

P0103 is a MAF code. I would make sure the maf cable is connected. MAF could be dirty, get some MAF cleaner and clean it up

P0306 is a misfire code, I would make sure you got new plugs, wires and all plugs are firing.

Clear all codes by removing battery for a good 10 minutes after doing the above. If you can maybe swap maf or get one from salvage yard if the code dont go away with above steps.
