Help guys! Looking at a 4runner in an hour!

Hey guys, first post here. Been looking for a nice 3rd gen and think i finally found what i have been looking for! I am going to look at it in an hour. Looked through the buyers guide for things to look for. Only thing i was wondering was how the price looks and i've also read some things about burnt exhaust valves. Any reason for concern?

Here is the truck. Talked him down to 3500 on the phone hoping to get it for 3k but wondering if even at 35 i should take it??

If i pick it up i plan on buying the rough country 3" lift for $250 since it already needs new rear shocks and a set of general grabber at2s! Please let me know what you guys think! Going to make a deal in an hour.

I know that pricing is somewhat regional and seasonal, but 3500 doesn't seem bad. Make sure you can have it checked out before you pay anything. Taking it to a mechanic & having them do safety & emissions is a quick way to get past 90% of the problems that can be hiding in the vehicle.

I'd buy it for that! The two things that are wrong with it are cheap fixes. Buy it.
