The link you provided goes to a used parts dealer. You are most likely getting a used mirror assy of a wrecked vehicle. Not that that is necessarily a bad thing, I have used used parts dealers in the past with good results. As long as it was removed properly, and the wiring harness and connector plug are intact, you should be good to go. Now you will just need someone who knows how to remove the interior door panel without damaging it, so it can be installed.
