Help ID-Parking Brake Cable bolt closest to drum

Thank you in advance for your help. Dealer said I needed all new rear brakes. Independent mechanic (who is awesome) said I only needed a bolt to help secure the emergency brake cable. Apparently, the bolt is stripped/not pulling the cable anymore.

I have a picture of it but cannot find it anywhere online. Your help to ID this bolt would be greatly appreciated.
