Anyways, if anyone is interested, they're only asking $300 for it

Yeah if you like the look and want one I would snag it now regardless. You'd pay $300+ just to have it powder coated. Hell, if you were to order it from Savage it probably would've cost that much in shipping. Great deal for a complete bumper, dare I say losing money NOT taking it

Passing on that is a silly thing to do. I can count on one hand the amount of times I've seen a nice aftermarket bumper that cheap local to me over the course of the last 10 years.
