help ID'ing this 99 OEM 'Bumper Plate'

i have no idea what this part is called, i just know im missing it:

huge pic so you can see what im talking about. its on the front bumper, passenger side, bottom. it looks like its square shaped and snaps into place. my truck didnt come with one for whatever reason. it bothers me everytime i see the front end. sorry this is the only pic i have of my car and i couldnt find any better examples on google images.

i looked here:
Plate - Toyota (53925-35020-B0) | Toyota Parts

and its called a 'plate', part number is 53925-35020-B0. although that doesnt look like what i need. Can someone help me?

i tried searching, but when you add the word plate in, all i get are aftermarket bumpers. i also tried searching the part number and i didnt get anything.

It looks like it. Thank you for the link. The only issue I see is the deal link I provided only has grey beige, silver, blind silver, and dark green. My bumper is black. Am I SOL in getting a black one?

My "hole" on my bumper looks like it wouldn't fit that part. I am almost home. I will check when i get home.

Will I also need the clip that goes with it? It's part #90467-09101

It is an “access panel” for the tow hook. Mine is missing as well. I think I am going to use a dremel and round off the edges to make it look more natural and call it good!

where did you get this part number from? i just checked 2 other online toyota dealers and they still have the same 4 weird colors as mentioned in post 5. no black.

i will go make a WTB thread right now. i am sure i can get it for about half of what toyota wants. thank you all!
