with 270k miles on the clock and a horrible oil leak. Im looking at buying a used 5vz engine and rebuilding it completely and swaping it out with the one in my truck. My question is does this engine work for me
3.4L Engine 96 97 98 TOYOTA T100 (VIN N, 5th digit, 5VZFE eng, 6 cyl) 196k

It should a 5vze is a 5vze. You'll have to take your plenums and some sensors off your current engine but all minor stuff
