The 194 wedge bulbs are correct. Your courtesy door lights, map lights and running board lights (if you got them) uses these bulbs.

I'm not sure about the dome as my Camry and 4Runner the length of bulbs are different between the two, yet the housing is identical.

I didn't swap my vanity lights. Did you check J.A.'s site?
