Help me diagnose pulling to rt after brake job

Recently changed my front brake pads, as the old pads were totally done. The rotors "looked" OK, without grooves and were still thick enough. So, I didn't replace or resurface the rotors. I "bedded" them (Wagner Thermoquiet pads) in, or so I thought I did. Seemed like I got good heat and material transfer.

Now, however, when I brake hard, it is pulling pretty good to the right.

So....you think it's the rotors? Caliper issue on driver (other) side?

I am totally OK with replacing the rotors if I thought that was it for sure.

The other option is the Tundra brake swap, but I'd rather just fix the current issue, if possible.

Any thoughts?

Where the old pads evenly worn? If not you may have stuck or slow performing caliper. Also could be bad master cylinder. If you feel it in the wheel than its the front. If you feel like it pull entire truck without it in the wheel than its the rear brakes. Another thing is if you have old front brake lines they can flex causing a small pull for a moment which usually goes away real quick.
