Hey guys, I just recently got my 1999 T4R SR5, and I am waiting for the title to be shipped here, so the truck is out at my dad's work. (I am 17) So I cant go work on it or check things out very much. I was just curious as to where the spare tire is located. Is it under the mat in the cargo area, or is it under the truck? Thanks!

Under the rear. The tool to lower it down should be under the passenger side rear seat.

You'll want to inspect it too. At this age, there may be some rust under there, and the spare may need some airing up. Best make sure it all works for when/If you need it.
