Help me remember (TRD decal ?)

Ok so I got these decals for my old 4Runner probably 5-7 years ago. Was hoping to get the same style for my new-to-me ‘99.
The tricky part is the white areas are reflective vinyl. I remember it was a specific place that offered that and obviously it was extra. But they look awesome in person at night. Anybody have a clue? I’ve search here and google and can’t find anybody doing this style and in reflective.

Yea. Could find either that design and no reflective option, or reflective vinyl and vastly different styles that I don’t like as much. I may have to settle?

There is (or was at one point) a guy on Tacoma world that made custom decals with a vast array of vinyl options. Haven't looked him up in awhile but it's worth a shot. Prices were reasonable too.
