Help!! My heated seats will not turn off NO MATTER WHAT.

So just to get the initial things out there. I did not spill anything anywhere inside the vehicle. No liquid was able to get anywhere near ANY electronics. Randomly last week my driver seat decided to become a possessed piece of crap and it will not turn off. I have unplugged numerous wires underneath the seat all except the yellow line air bags. I have pulled out the hot black box that is not supposed to be hot. It is completely pulled out. I have also unplugged the switch that is in the center console. After all of that I have also taken the fuse out of the ******* truck and the seat still will not turn off no matter what. I am out of ideas and really do not want to spend 200 dollars at the dealership for them to do the same nonsense.

Please if anyone has any ideas help me out. I do not understand wiring and electronics too well but I am pretty sure with all the things I have unplugged on this truck that it would have stopped this issue by now.

I would disconnect the battery, I repeat, disconnect the battery, then unplug the airbag harness, remove the front seat entirely and then you can bench test (or have a shop) bench test the electronics with a tester, out of the car. A tester can also be used to test the harness that connects the seat, once the seat is out.

I have read all those posts and none were too helpful. It did help me find the black box to pull... I assumed if I pulled it out the seats would stop heating... Boy was I wrong. Tomorrow I will try a hard reset and disconnect the battery for the night. If that does not work, I will be back to where I was 0.o

I really dont care much about a heated seat, I just need to figure out how to make it stop! If i figure that out then in the winter I can plug things back in and have it on then but not at 90-100 degrees in Alabama during the summer! Haha

Not sure that I can help figure out the actual issue with the heaters staying on, but it looks like there should be a 25 amp seat heater fuse located in the fuse block under the hood by the battery. Have you tried pulling this fuse to see if it kills power to the seat heaters or do they still stay on even with the fuse removed?

Wondering what fuse would control the center console. The buttons for the heated seats (not lighting up) and rear window stopped working.

The heated seat do not work, and the lights don't come on. Rear window also won't roll down. The fuse for the heated seats is OK (I replaced already).
The seats do move, and can't find anything else thats not working.
Is there a fuse specifically for the center console? If so,whats that called in fuse diagram?

There has to be a fuse and relay. Remove them. Or just unplug the switch from the harness. Im guessing a relay has corroded in the on position “closed circuit”

Or unplug the heater from the harness under the seat.
