Help needed for fuel problem.

A good friend of mine has a '87 that is having fuel issues while cold or warm at the 2500 - 3500rpm range. She thinks it's the fuel pump after talking to some people. Her beastie is injected, so the pump is in the fuel tank.

Anybody in the greater Las Vegas area that might help her out? Not asking for free work, however, trying to keep the costs as low as possible.
