I am so careful with mine. Whatever plastic they use scatches even under the most gentle cleaning. When I replace mine I think I am going to try some protectant like the screen protectors people place on PDA's and other touchscreens.

this is a common thing...my runner is 4 months old and the lens looks like someone hit it w/sandpaper...mind you when i clean everything on the inside i use the softest microfiber or terry cloth towels and products that contain the least amount of actual cleaning detergents...it just seems like whatever you use it will scratch, pit, etc.

Change it yesterday in under 20minutes! First time I open the dash.... not difficult at all. Thanks!

Uses Plexus on the plastics. It takes out scratches. Great Stuff.
