HELP... PAC SWI-JACK: Programing Issues

I am so F###KING pissed off right now that I'm about to yank it out and throw it in the trash. The directions for the PAC SWI-JACK are so generic.

Can someone help me with programing this so that it works with my steering wheel.

I want the stock Vol to control the Vol on my radio, I want the Seek buttons to control the track seeking... and the Mode to control the Source.

Also am i supposed to cut the Purple and Brown loops?

The direction aren't clear to me at all.

Why couldn't they put a set of DIP switched on this thing.

I havent messed with my radio yet but have been thinking about it. One of my main concerns was retaining the steering wheel controls, so i came across this link http://www.pac-audio.com/swixprogramming/swixprogramming.asp. Let me know how it works out, cause i'll probably be following suite pretty soon.

Follow those directions... it now works...

(the ones that come with the kit, throw them away and print off the ones in the link)
