i am able to get a car for 700 under invoice for sr5 4x4 2007 v6. is that a good deal

that means

That probably is a good deal. How are you defining "invoice"? If it's based on Edmunds or Kelley Blue Book invoice price (including the destination charge), then you're doing really well. If the dealer says it's invoice, then the dealer may or may not be padding the deal a bit, but it still sounds pretty good. I'd check it against Edmunds/KBB.

If it's the right color and it's got the options you want, then I'd take it. Buy the car you want - not necessarily the cheapest one. Getting it the way you want it is worth more than getting an absolute rock-bottom price on something you're not sure about.
