HELP! Passenger HID headlight not working!

I'm at a loss here... When I bought my T4R, it already had HID's installed on it. Low beams only. Theyve been working great, ever since i bought the rig, and ive recently replaced the original balasts with newer ones, and also recently replaced both bulbs. One day, my passenger headlight would not turn on. I flipped the headlight switch back and forth a few times and it turned on, but after the first couple days of having to do that, now it wont turn on at all. Checked all fuses, checked the connectors and made sure nothing was corroded, and even replaced the connectors for the heck of it. Driver side is working perfect, ive ruled out the HID balast, the bulb, connectors, and fuses. ideas??? All help is very much appreciated!

one of mine stopped working once. got a replacement bulb sent, that didn't work either. turned out i had to flip something - reverse polarity or something. it didn't make any sense to me since nothing had changed between it working one night, and then not working the next, but both bulbs worked after i flipped that switch.

I've had it happen a few times, turned out that I had to clean up the fuse because the connection was bad.

I would love to know more about this!

Sorry man not trying to debate ,just trying to make light of the pro's and con's of this mod .replace good working factory toyota oem system of hi and low beam ,for a HID system made in ______ country, only low beam might i add with a balast converter that will fail eventually , parts that aren't redly available plus after all this most likely aren't even street legal .this is a problem i have encountered in the past is why i say take em off or why not add more lights independently if thats what your after ? If i were to bet i would be looking at your balasts but it might be the bulb , i do bet you if you remove them your factory system works without problems .what brand HID's are they ? HID work great when they work but also have a long history needed maintenance or failure ,Not trying to dis just my similar experience with them in the past .Electrical gremlins suck !
