Im new to the forum. I figured all of you guys out there with experience could help with my question. I.staed u lol about a v6. Just wanted to know which would be the muffler that i would get a deeper louder sound while accelerating. The super 44 or 40. Have a 50 delta on it now. Feels great but only loud when reved.

... I want a deep sound at idle and when i accelerate i want to know im driving a truck...

I know it will never sound like my lexus, is-f but it does the job when the snow rolls in and i cant drive the 540hp gf of mine, or my harley streetglide with thrush pipes ! Just wanted something more than stock. So it really doesnt matter. Haha.......

I bought it this year. It Was that or a skyline and the skyline seemed a bit cheap as funny as that sounds for the money ,the lexus felt and looked and drove better. With a little money into it i knew what i could get our of it. I put about 6 k into the engine n exhaust.

The OP mentioning his other car was pertinent in his mind. So why do you and a few other members care if he does so?

OP, what is 'deep' and or 'loud', is too subjective to quantify. It's all a matter of personal opinion, which means you will just have to experiment to find the sound you want.

Maybe search for some sound clips on Youtube.

You're right, there are other mentions of non T4R vehicles. The difference is in the delivery.

I have had a ton of success with the two cherry bomb vortex mufflers i put on my 4runners.. i know that would require a whole new muffler but thought id throw it out there.
