HELP: random electrical connection

I have a 04 v8 sport edition
I just bought her 2 Days ago. I saw this and some other stuff was unplugged (like a headlight that worked just fine). I’m not sure what this Connection goes to. The pic is bad quality due to me using my kiddos iPad because my phone won’t upload any pics on here for some reason.
This is located on the passenger side by the fog/turn signal

hopefully you guys can see what I'm talking about. It's the white connector between 11:00 and 12:00 of the red fog light bulb connection.

I noticed the same plug on my 2008 when removing the front bumper, it’s not connected to anything either.

No idea what it’s for but wouldn’t worry about it.

Also have the same plug on my 05 SR5. Also not plugged into anything.
