Could be. Jack the truck up and grab the tire and try to wiggle it back and forth. If there is any slop/play in it your wheel bearing is bad. It will only be a small amount. You may hear a clicking each time you shake the wheel. If you do, wheel bearing is bad. I would start there since it's the easiest. Always. Like the old add age goes, if a truck doesn't run, always check to make sure it has fuel in it before you do anything else.
