Help! Seat belt pretensioner rattle.

There has been a rattle in the rear left of my 97 4R and I finally think I have found the culprit. Going over any bumps causes a rattle noise and banging the plastic siding of the back rear causes the rattle. Finally, I decided to pull on the back left passenger seat belt and it causes the rattle as well.

Does anyone have any experience with a seat belt pretensioner causing a rattling noise and how to fix it?

Minute Mod- Fixing Seatbelt Retractors its a guide to fix the pretensioner it gives you a idea how to take it apart, looks simple. maybe that may help a little. take it apart and see if anything is damaged on the inside?

I looked at that thread before I posted a thread here. I haven't taken any panels off yet to get to the belt and need help even doing that to be honest. I wanted to see if anyone had any similar issues because the belt is being pulled in fine and seems to function properly. It just rattles.
