Help speaker question!

I have an 07 4runner. Would these speakers just drop right in and replace the ones in my front doors? I dont really have a grasp on how the whole crossover things works. Sorry for my ignorance. Thanks

Those look like they would work to me. Those seem like they are good speakers. Just remember that to get them to their full potential you should amp them.
