Help!! Starting Problem Bad Contacts

Hi

It all happened yesterday when I tried to start my 4R. It would just make a click noise and not start. All connections are fine and there is power to everything. I have tried searching other posts and came to the conclusion that the starter contacts are going bad. But my truck is an 07 with 47K miles. Is this possible that the contacts are going bad already? I eventually started her up a couple minutes later after a couple of tries. Today it started up normally a couple of times, went to the store, came back, wanted to go out again and the same problem happened. All I got was a single click when i turned the key. Not even a jump start helped. After almost giving up i decided to give it one more try and it started. Can any one confirm that this is the started contacts that are going bad? Can you also tell me what part number do i need to buy to rebuild this. Where is the started located? Is it easily accessible?

Have heard very little , if any, problems with the T4R starters. If I'm not mistaken, it is located underneath the intake manifold from what I've read (PITA).
Sounds more like a connection issue or battery terminal corrosion.
I know it's not much help, but all I could come up with at the moment.

The 2UZ-FE and pretty much all V8's Toyota makes have the starter located under the intake manifold between the cylinder heads. (remember working on an old LS400 with the ol' 4.0L V8, same issue)

For the 1GR-FE 4.0L V6 engine it is located on the driver's side tucked up near the end of the engine, you'll probably need to remove the inner fender well, and possibly the steering shaft (IIRC) to gain access.
